Early Check-In Charges:

Arrival Before 6:00 AM: 100% of Room Charge
Arrival Between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM: 75% of Room Charge
Arrival Between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM: 50% of Room Charge
Arrival Between 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: 25% of Room Charge

Late Check-Out Charges:

Departure After 8:00 PM: 100% of Room Charge
Departure Between 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM: 75% of Room Charge
Departure Between 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM: 50% of Room Charg

Cancellation Policy

30 days prior to check-in date: 100% refund (online transaction fees apply).
Between 30 – 15 days prior to check-in date: Cancellation charges of 25% of the total booking amount. The remaining 75% will be provided as a credit note. NO REFUND.
Between 15 – 7 days prior to check-in date: Cancellation charges of 50% of the total booking amount. The remaining 50% will be provided as a credit note. NO REFUND.
Less than 7 days prior to check-in date: No refund, no credit, and no postponements.
Check-In Time Limitation: Check-in is limited to 7:00 PM. Bookings will be canceled and treated as a no-show if the guest does not arrive by this time.
Please Note: Credit vouchers will be issued only upon receipt of the full booking value. All credit notes have an expiry date, with no extensions or refunds provided beyond that date.

Important Note: Cancellations for bookings made during long weekends or festive dates will incur 100% cancellation charges. No Refund/No Credit.

Terms and Conditions

Identification Requirement: All guests must present a photo ID with address proof at check-in. Foreign nationals must present a passport and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any of the following: Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID card. Guests without the original copy of a valid ID will not be allowed to check-in.
Check-In and Check-Out Times: Standard check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM local time. To guarantee early check-in, you must reserve the room from the previous night.
Cancellation: To avoid cancellation or no-show charges, including the room rate and applicable taxes for the entire stay, please adhere to the Cancellation Policy.
Rate Changes: Rates are subject to change based on validity periods, rate seasons, contracted periods, applicable laws, or government policies.
Travel Agent/Operator Bookings: Terms and conditions as per the contract will apply.
Outside Food: Prohibited at the hotel.
GSTIN Information: If your company wishes to claim input tax credit, the GSTIN number and appropriate address must be provided at the time of booking. Failure to provide this information before check-in may result in the hotel being unable to amend invoices later.
